Session Abstract:	Each release of Oracle Database brings dramatic improvements in PL/SQL language performance. However, the ultimate performance of any PL/SQL program is still in the hands of the PL/SQL programmer. This presentation examines trends in PL/SQL performance, looks at tools for identifying and tuning problematic PL/SQL, and discusses PL/SQL performance best practices. Topics include code optimization, bulk data handling, dynamic SQL and native compilation, and inlining.
